Update-WOW lots has happened!

So it is time for an update. Why you may ask. Well two reasons, I am so so so sick of trying to figure out why the answer 2,3-dimethylpentanol is the wrong answer for bio chem, and really lots has happened and I have not written in pretty much forever. As I said before I was going home to Arizona dec 22nd to dec 29th. Well we, (Yes Jared, and I. What a sweetheart. He was willing to give up Christmas with his family to come and be with my family for Christmas. Although, I had to agree that next time we are spending Christmas with his family :)) had lots of fun in Arizona. After getting up at 5 in the morning to get to the airport for my early flight and freezing in the 14 degree weather I was sure happy to be greeted to the 60 degree winter in Arizona!
When we got to Arizona we were going to use Jon and Kates truck for the week, but well that did not happen. Not because they did not drop it off at the house before leaving for tucson, but maybe because keys are an important item to leave with the truck. haha! but that was no big deal. We just borrowed a shop truck from apache. A shop truck I found that Jared really liked, maybe we need to keep him in a low power vehicle.
But that first day we ate at one of my favorite sandwich places and Jared tried a BLT with mustard for the very first time. Which if you know me is a shame that I associate myself with someone without a passion for mustard but he is worth it! So having no idea what to do we went to the mall that we hung out the first week we were together. We had alittle too much fun and decided we need a HUGE grille and a treadmill that has fans and a tv in it as necessities. And we also signed up for the relationship counseling program there, "Punch it out". Jared won. (dont tell him i let him!) And after the walk around the whole mall and even into the puppy store we got slurpies from 7-11. Jared wanted to test his limits of brainfreeze. :)
So Sunday, I got the show Jared off to everyone! It was kinda weird when some of the married RS ladies were telling me how hot and cute he was. LOL. like i dont know. After church we bummed around until we went and visited Jared Aunt Jenny. She was such a sweet lady!
Christmas eve. Other than the fact Jared CANNOT keep a secret I knew he was going to talk to my dad and how... with 9 cows! I found out later that he actually had 3 interviews from my fake uncles. All i know is there were knives and guns. That night we did a christmas for a family and read the nativity story.
Christmas!!!! In the Hunsaker family we break all the cool traditions with ones of our own. Like you have to be all ready for the day. you and everyone else in the family. So you wait and wait. yuck. well we opened all the presents and jared asked me to help him take his gifts to his room downstairs. I was like... sure. so we got to his room and he said I actually have one more present for you. He kneeled down and pulled out a wrapped box from under the bed. I opened it and in it was 6 beautifully hand carved roses with ribbon around them and what should be one the ribbon but... A RING! He then asked me to marry him and I (of course) said yes! It was a good day :) I dont remember anything else that happened... it was a good day.
The rest of the week we did a number of things including seeing I am legend, going to In-and-Out, going to chapolte, getting a breakfast cookbook at yet another mall, getting engagement pictures taken, going to outback, visiting his roommate, guitar hero, and having breakfast with my family, and then saying goodbye to my family and leaving for Ut.
We got there and had lots of fun! celebrated new years playing apples to apples, and I had someone to kiss at midnight! We had fun hanging out with Jared's friends and their Jennys watching the divers. And Jared took me tubing in the snow! It was soo much fun. I have decided that snow pants are a wonderful thing. I hadnt been tubing in years and jared took me and although we had lots of set backs we finally got out there and had a blast. i think we had just as much fun playing in the snow as we did tubing down the hill. We even got to hang out with Jared's family and watch National Treasure (of which I supposedly also look like the girl on there) And after the movie we went to applebee's and met garrett and brittany there for dinner. It was fun and good! And the time slowly approached. Finally I had to take Jared to the airport and it was sad. I am such a cry baby but I just went back to my Utah family and had a good time watching a movie and watching a war with the axe spray. But a last I finally had to go back to provo to start school up again.
My favorite and yet not favorite class this year... Bio chem!

So In short... Christmas break was awesome! I love spending time with Jared my now fiance and cant wait until May 30th to get sealed!

I'm thinking circular

So there have been some rumors... some...JUMP JUMP AAAHHHHHHHH rumors going around. Some... 'i have some errands to run for a gift for you' Some mysterious... and yet not so mysterious things happening.... but as soon as I get in arizona... 22-29. It will no longer be mysterious! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
Im sooooo excited!

Trinity is my sister

Last tuesday I had to go to the testing center to take, yet another final. I just hopped out of my apartment with (and I promise I have NEVER done this before) wet hair, in a bun, with a mayo clinic hat on, and a Brown BYU sweater, hardly any make-up and blue jean I wore the day before. Basically I looked like crap.
So I got there and got my test and was waiting by the counter were your scantron gets printed out and handed to you by the girl. 'The girl' was cute (unlike that one scary man some of you know about). Anyways my first scantron got printed out and she was like... "oh do you have two?" because I was just standing there. and I was like "Yup." (the testing center conversations are usually lacking in integrity in the conversations, I mean seriously do you want all the information you stuffed in your brain to fall out because of an intregging conversation.... NO. So when you get there you just get this... "DONT YOU DARE TALK TO ME OR I WILL LOOSE ALL MY INFORMATION AND FAIL THIS TEST AND I WILL REMEMBER YOU BEING THE ONE THAT TALKED TO ME." or atleast that is what goes through my mind.
Anyhow, this girl all the sudden is like.... "You look like that girl on matrix."
Seriously? I mean I could see it if i was wearing a killer tight shiny leather outfit and sunglasses pulling off some killer (physically impossible) moves while shooting people all around me. :) and not getting a scratch. Then I would understand.
So i just looked at her ..... laughed...... and said "thanks?" Grabbed my testing sheet and left.
I think they come up with things to say to break the silence or to see how people would react... I would say something like... you look like bill cosby. and then have a dorky grin on my face.
In the end it really did not matter, but it was kinda funny and I did fine on the test. now i look like trinity according to the sources at the testing center. I'm just that hot!

You know its finals week when...

You know it is finals week when...

1. You buy an excess of arby melts when they are only a 1$ so that you can stash the other and eat them later because you dont have time to grocery shop or cook food.

2. You are in the library til 2 in the morning reading scriptures

3. You get back to your apartment and try to unlock your door by pressing the 'unlock' button on your car keys. (No, really I did this the other night... hahahaha)

4. When every available hall has students lining the walls

5. The lines at the fast food places have a line of cars for the drive through that takes a half and hour to get through at 12 in the morning

6. You can write 'A' class essays that are 'analytical' B.S.

7. You wake up from your sleep and realize it was all about chemistry and you were studying in your sleep.

8. The only kind of beverage that you drink contains caffeine.

9. The visiting teaching standard of 'visiting' is compromised in a text message.

10. You are procrastinating studying by getting on facebook, blogging sites (like this one), and email.... and even go as far as cleaning your room and making your bed... and doing your roommates chores too.

Get your hot chocolate out.

It did it again. Dang winter. It decided to rain all day friday and provo got about an inch of rain. Now for me being used to NO water or rain in arizona i consider that a lot. But then the next morning it was snowing.... and it snowed and snowed and snowed. I had to go to a bridal shower and after my car was covered.
My poor car told me it doesnt like to drive in the snow but we drove home and other than being cold from wipping the snow off the windshield (which i found is something you have to do to see) And on the drive home it was really hard to see. Not only was is snowing but i did not give my car enough time to defog the windshield so i could hardly see. So we (my friend and I) came to stop light and i was going to turn right. Well as everyone does you dont stop and then pull up to see passed the other cars. You just drive up and stop. Well there was this huge snowplow next to me so i could not see anything (along with the window and the snow) and then my friend all the sudden yells out "DONT HIT THE PEDESTRIAN!" So i slammed on the brakes still wondering where the perdestrian was and the car started sliding on the snow/ice as a man came out of no where in front of my car. No worries, I stopped in time but still got the 'look'. yes 'the look' You know you have all seen it and probably given it out. the look of... you idiot, are you blind im walking here and i have the right away. well i want to know what the heck he was doing walking around in a freaking snow storm!!
It ended up snowing all day and into sunday morning. (my guess of about 5 inches or more) Sunday morning was so cool though because i could not sleep and i got up to get a drink of water at 5 in the morning and the christmas tree lights were on and so i sat down to watch them and I looked outside to find it snowing. It was really pretty. And it is always pretty when everything is clean and white.
But the days after the snow usually are tough. I ALMOST killed myself as i attemped to walk on ice up a slope. Smart i know. I stepped on it and started to slip and did a dance for the person in front and behind me as i tried to balance myself with my leg up in the air and my arms also. It was oh just so much fun. That would have hurt with my beyond heavy backpack!
Anyways, knowing that I am at BYU a college full of crazy fun teenagers and young adults as i was on campus today I passed by the BIGGEST snowman that i have ever seen! So I had to get a picture of me by it to show just how tall it was.
How did they do it you may ask. Well originally under the snowman is a statue of an indian. Sorry no disrespect but it just worked out and it looks really cool. It was fun to see people smile and laugh on campus when usually they are stressed and mad and grumpy the week before finals. So thank you people that made that snowman. You are cool.
Also, one last thing. I got adventurous on campus with a friend Hali. She decided that on this perfect patch of powdery snow in the middle of campus we needed to make snow angels. And the we "HAD'' to when she found out I had never made one. So she showed me how and I did. Mine looks kinda weird but it was fun overall. It was really cold and I started to freeze and we did get alot of looks from people and Hali would just delcare... "My friend from Arizona has never made a snow angel before and I have to make her". LOL.. most people just laughed at us. It really was fun. It is fun to have have friends when it snows!

Chemistry is dead

So yesterday I had my 4th and last chemistry test before the big comprehensive final. (which scares me a bit) and I was worried that I had not studied enough. Talking to Jared mostly occupies my time and so I waited til the last day to dare to take the test. Dont get me wrong. I did study but I do you ever feel like you know everything and could take a test with your eyes closed? No. So when I felt partially ready I entered the testing center of death and took the test. Really it was not that hard but you did have to know the stuff. So at the testing center if the test is on a scantron they can scan it right away and get your score.
I turned in my test and ran down the stairs to the tv screen that shows everyones scores... and you will never guess what I got.... 90 no. 95... no. but a 99%!!! I got a freaking 99%! Needless to say that I might have screamed just a bit (more of a yelp) and exited the building so excited that I forgot to put my coat on in the cold weather. But that did not matter. I got a 99% on my chem test! HAHAHA. TAKE THAT CHEMISTRY!
and take that BYU for rejecting me the first time! I got my revenge.

December welcomes the snow

So last night at three in the morning when I woke up (because of some loud roommates) to SNOW, and currently it has not stopped an been snowing for the last 13 hours. Crazy! but it is so pretty and white! I wish I had some pictures of campus. It looks so beautiful there but I forgot my camera. So for the first time I got to see it snow and I got to drive in the snow! It is so much fun.
